- Mahatma Gandhi

Interfaith Service of Thanksgiving - Tomorrow, Nov 20, at 4 pm

Join us as we give thanks and share as an interfaith community. First Church Washington will be hosting the annual Washington Interfaith Thanksgiving Serviceinterfaith Thanksgiving Service in our Meeting House on Sunday afternoon, November 20, at 4:00pm.
Rabbi Natan Margalit of the Greater Washington Coalition for Jewish Life will be giving the sermon. Representatives from the Judea Garden at the Steep Rock Preserve will participate in the service and speak as well.

The focus of the service will be on “Sharing the Harvest” and we will honor Steep Rock and donate the offering to the Judea Garden.

A coffee hour hosted by our deacons will follow.
